Join PRSR as a full bonded member and be a part-owner of the Club, including all our real property and physical assets!

You make two kinds of payment:

1. A one-time bond fee of $600

2. Annual dues for maintenance and operations. (The annual fee is currently $450)

Promotion for new members:

Purchase a $600 bond during the off-season (Sept-May) and we will waive the first summer's maintenance fee of $450

Payment Structure:

For the bond: Three payments of $200 are due in November, February, and April.

For the annual maintenance fee: Three payments of $150 are due in November, February, and April.

This payment structure allows new or established members to spread their payments over several months, establishes a steady cash flow to meet the club’s monthly financial obligations, and provides the Board with firm membership numbers. Membership numbers in late fall/early winter are important because the Board must establish a budget and execute a contract for the pool management for the summer season no later than January of each year. Timely payments are critical!
