Swim Lessons at PRSR

Central Chesapeake Swimming (PEAK) is excited about bringing SwimAmerica to PRSR this summer!

SwimAmerica is a 10 level course written by the American Swimming Coaches Association and is the most up-to-date Learn to Swim program in the country. We teach “balance and breathing” and then add the “arms and legs.”

Please visit www.CentralChesapeakeSwimming.com to view the skills in each level. The level you choose is where we begin each swimmer's evaluation.

Thank You,

John Mason, Head Coach

Central Chesapeake Swimming

Why Choose SwimAmerica?

SwimAmerica is a National Learn to Swim program developed by the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA). What coaches have learned teaching people to set world records, we use to teach new swimmers to enjoy swimming, using the best techniques in the world.

Central Chesapeake Swimming’s (PEAK) SwimAmerica program was one of five pilot programs started by ASCA in 1988. We have taught over 12,000 children to swim. We don’t teach lessons. We teach PEOPLE TO SWIM!

All learning is individually based. When a student passes the skills of the criteria for advancement, they immediately begin working on the skills for the next level. SwimAmerica offers the best environment, professional instruction and up-to-date techniques with the goal of a 5:1 ratio, swimmers to instructors.

We look forward to teaching your children to swim!
